Beinglas Farm Campsite Privacy Policy

Dear All Customers,

As we have previously stated, this will be our final season at Beinglas. Unfortunately, we have not been able to agree a renewal of our lease with Glen Falloch Estates. We would like to take this opportunity to confirm that we will be leaving Beinglas at the termination of our lease period in October this year.

We need to remove all assets and equipment belonging to the business before the end of the lease period. Consequently, we will be ending our season early to allow us enough time to undertake the removal works. This unfortunately means we will have to cancel some bookings made with us in September and October. Please read the following paragraph for more information. We are extremely upset about this situation, and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this will cause.

All B&B bookings will be cancelled and fully refunded in September and October. We will try to honour all bookings for the camping cabins up to the 19th of September, however this date may change. Again, all bookings after the 19th will be cancelled and fully refunded. Camping will remain open for WHW walkers and pre-booked guests from the 1st of September. All campsite facilities will be limited in capacity and provision, including the Bar/Restaurant, from the 1st of September onwards. We will completely close to all customers on the 1st of October. Please note that we will not be taking anymore bookings for accommodation or camping after the 1st of September. If any customers wish to cancel either cabin bookings or camping after the 1st of September, we will offer a full refund and cancellation.

Again, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this will cause to anyone who has booked with us in the months of September and October. Please check for cancellation emails and allow for 3-5 working days for refunds to be processed.

We would like to take this moment to thank you all for sharing our home and business with us for over 25 years. In our time here we have raised a family, met many friends, and shared many wonderful memories with so many people! We sincerely thank all of our staff and friends who have helped over the years. And finally, we would like to wish all our friends and loyal customers all the very best for future!

Kind Regards,
James, June, Euan, Alby & Ruth Palmer
